Consulting and design
Our team works closely with clients across various sectors to design custom optical components. We prototype elements before custom production to ensure that every requested specification meets expectations and the required standards.
Custom manufacturing
Starting from a standard or personalised design, we begin component production. We work with materials suitable for all spectral bands (UV, VIS and IR) and use cutting-edge machinery and techniques to guarantee excellent performance. Upon request, we can set up the entire production line in a cleanroom environment.
Assembly and bonding
Once all individual parts are completed, we move to assembly and bonding of optical components in highly controlled environments (ISO 7 cleanrooms), ensuring no damage or foreign particles are introduced.
Inspections and testing
All our production processes are vertically integrated within the company. This allows us to closely monitor the manufacturing stages and carry out inspections and testing, issuing certificates of conformity to guarantee full compliance with the declared and required specifications.
