Optical
filters
An optical filter can partially absorb the incident radiation of the light (ultraviolet,
visible, infrared) and can be based on absorption phenomenon.
Athermic -they
let only the visible radiations pass through, lower the temperature of the light
beam and avoid in this way the damaging or breaking of the slide.
Infra-reds-they
block the visible and let only the range of the infra-red pass through; particularly
suitable for I.R. antitheft devices.

Ground glass diffusers
Grinding can be made on various types of glass as optical or heat resistant glass.
On our customers' request one or both surfaces can be sandblasted with different
grits, in order to have different levels of light diffusion.
You can order
them in different shapes: round, square, rectangular or even shaped according
to your drawing.

windows are glasses with parallel ground and polished faces. Their impact on the
passage of visible light is neutral.
They are used to protect lenses or to
separate two different elements.
They can be manufactured in optical glass,
quartz and borofloat.
